These Terms govern your use of the Deductifi website, mobile app, and related member services.
Using Deductifi
Deductifi provides digital tools to help members capture trips, expenses, work-from-home activity, and related tax records.
The mobile app is free to download, but member features and data services are available only to users with an active Deductifi membership obtained through the Deductifi website.
No tax, legal, or financial advice
Deductifi is an organisational and record-keeping service. Information presented in the app or website is general in nature and is not personal tax, legal, or financial advice.
You are responsible for reviewing your circumstances, keeping appropriate records, and obtaining professional advice where required.
Your account and records
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity that occurs under your account.
You must ensure that information you enter is accurate, complete, and updated when circumstances change.
Membership and billing
Membership plans, pricing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through the Deductifi website and the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
If your membership lapses or is cancelled, access to member-only functionality may be limited or removed.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the platform in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
